I established HR Solutions, LLC in 2009 after over a decade in corporate human resources. The decision to provide human resource consulting and professional coaching was driven primarily by my desire to have unlimited opportunities and to partner with a greater diversity of individuals and organizations, while leaving positive impact.
Along with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Human Resources, I maintain designations from HRCI, SHRM, and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).
While I travel for fun and to work with clients across the US and Canada, Alaska is currently where my husband and our family call home. Originally from Nebraska, a Midwest girl at heart, I have fully embraced and enjoy the opportunities and adventures of the last frontier. We all have our “happy places” some of mine include hiking with Bella (our golden-doodle), listening to live music, cooking, and entertaining friends, and quality time with my family.
